Concert For Uganda: featuring The Kin, Dan Torres, & Caleb Hawley"LEAD Uganda is unique in its approach to improving the situation in Uganda. By using an African, not Western, approach, the children are taught skills to help them change the future. Instead of creating a dependency, the children are taught how to improve their country with their own ambitions and skills. This August, a group of 14 volunteers are traveling to Uganda to assist LEAD Uganda in its mission to mold these children into leaders. Not only will they be helping the kids to reach their full potential, they are helping Uganda to break the cycle of dependency on foreign aid and leadership.
