"Le Grand Dakar is throwing a celebration on Thursday, June 24. Attendees will enjoy unlimited food/sangria and live Afrobeat music, including Jojo Kuo’s band (he’s a Cameroonian drummer who recorded with Fela back in the day). Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the door. Sounds like a good way to spend a summer evening, and support a local business on Grand Avenue."
