The New York Photo Festival is located in one of New York’s hippest spots, DUMBO (Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass). Only one stop away from Manhattan, this idyllic district harkens back to the turn of the 20th Century New York, with its cobblestone streets, converted warehouse, cafes, small bakeries, hip boutiques and some of the most dramatic views of the city (think Woody Allen’s “Manhattan”)."
