Friday, May 28: “The Famous Factory Show” With Vado, Curren$y, Sean Price & Rich Hil @ Public Assembly

"XXL has linked up with The Famous Factory to present a new live show series, starting May 28 in Brooklyn, New York.

The first concert will be held at Williamsburg’s Public Assembly, featuring performances by XXL Freshman alum, Curren$y, Cam’ron’s new rhyme partner, Vado, Duck Down rap vet, Sean Price and Tommy Hilfiger’s rapping son, Rich Hil.

The New York show is the first of a monthly Famous Factory series of shows across the country for ages 16 and up, which will highlight the different forms of hip-hop, from underground sounds to gangsta heat, to the new school’s downtown cool.

Founded by hip-hop mover and shaker Sickamore, and in association with XXL, The Famous Factory Show brings Internet artists with the biggest buzz to perform live in front of the fans responsible for these rappers’ online success. It also allows teens (ages 16 and up), who often don’t get to attend live performances, to see some of their favorite artists and enjoy a good hip-hop performance."

Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $20.
