Please join us on Saturday, April 10, at Art for Change for the closing night reception of the exhibition, Haiti: Beyond Mountains There are Mountains, exploring the strength and resistance of the Haitian people amid challenging political, economic, and social contexts in Haiti.
The evening will include a presentation of artworks by youth activists from The Advocacy Lab, interactive dialogue with artists from the current exhibition on Haiti, and photo slideshow of Haiti earthquake relief effforts by participating artists who recently returned from Haiti, followed by live musical entertainment, dancing, and refreshments!

Come help Art for Change continue to support emerging artists and filmmakers through art exhibitions and film screenings, raise awareness of social injustice issues, inspire community activism, and offer engaging community programs such as Calle Youth Theater program, Hacia Afuera annual public arts festival, and community mural projects!
